Mushroom time


Summer rain and sunshine, perfect conditions for mushrooms. Many edible champignon are abundant in Normandy. Here, a perfect pair of Birch Bolets (leccinum scabrum) picked near Lake Dathe. Admire, dice, stir-fry or drop into soup.
