Leek as ikebana.

We've eaten most of the leek crop. Haven't tried it for years even though we both love it.

This one sproutedd and stayed as a piece of ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement).

I didn't even know it could be so beautiful! And it stays on and on, it's nearly a month now.
