An oak felled in winter showed it was already rotting. How sad. And makes you think that even the mighty and big may bear the rot hidden inside.
In winter the farmers busy themselves with cutting down trees and trimming hedges. This is a piece of the winter carnage at a nearby village of Pont d'Egrenne.
